If you have never been to a Vocality rehearsal before, we recommend that you come along to one of our choirs for a free taster session before you join.
To become a Vocality member you need to both register and make a payment.
As a Vocality member you will be entitled to attend all the sessions of your chosen choir for a term. If you miss any sessions you are welcome to go to other choirs who are rehearsing the same repertoire. Just let the choir leader and administrator know who you are when you get there.
You will also receive, via your Vocality Member Hub, access to all song tracks and words for the current term, along with weekly messages from your choir leader and other Vocality news.
Please fill in the registration form. You will need to chose a username and password. Do make a note of these and please remember that they are case sensitive.
Our planned website payment system will be available shortly, but in the meantime there are two ways you can pay Vocality.
BY CHEQUE payable to Vocality Singing Ltd and sent to Vocality Singing, The White Lodge, 39 Littleheath Lane, Cobham, Surrey, KT11 2QN. Please write your name and choir on the back of the cheque.
BY BANK TRANSFER to Vocality Singing Ltd, sort code 60-08-04, account number 56564724. Please reference the transaction with your name and choir. Ideally you will then email info@vocalitysinging.co.uk so that we are aware of the payment as soon as it is made and can update your payment status on the website thus allowing you quicker access to songs and words.
To calculate your payment you may find the following information helpful. If you are not sure, please ask your choir administrator or contact us, letting us know the first date you attended the choir AFTER your free taster session.
If you are a current member and you are paying for a term, you will find details of the full term’s fees on your choir page.
If you are a new member, choir sessions should be paid for at a rate of £10 (£7.50 concession). These payments should cover all sessions up to the end of term (regardless of attendance) from the first rehearsal you attended AFTER the free taster session.
If you are entitled to a first term discount as a result of a special employee discount scheme please contact Catherine at info@vocalitysinging.co.uk for details of how much to pay. Please inform us of the choir you are joining and the first date you participated in the choir AFTER your free taster session.
