Sadly, all our choirs are closed for the time being due to the need for social distancing. We will open again as soon as possible but, in the meantime, we are still singing together regularly online. We are really excited to be expanding into Barnes and welcoming new members to Vocality. Any adults who love to sing - beginners and more experienced singers alike - can join us in enjoying a range of uplifting music in unaccompanied harmony.

Give it a go! You'll be warmly welcomed for a free taster session and we're sure you'll leave wanting more. We believe you don’t need to read music to make music. We learn every song by listening to Josh, our talented choir leader, and we can practise between rehearsals using tailor-made vocal tracks for each voice part.

Josh Madine

Josh joined a boys’ choir when he was ten and this sparked his interest in singing and composing. He has a BA in music from the University of York and has been involved in running different types of choirs, from those singing sacred choral music to a cappella, gospel and musical theatre groups. Josh says “My style as a choir leader is relaxed but focused. I’ve worked a lot with young people over the last few years and I am really excited about the new challenge of working with Vocality."
